PUBLISHING DRAFT REVIEW WORKFLOW

Automation with a human checkpoint where you want one

Full-auto publishing is a spectrum, not a switch. MultiPub Pro lets every batch land as drafts you preview, edit, and approve — then, once you trust a topic or a site, you flip that lane to auto. You choose the level of control per batch, not per tool.

What you get

Why draft review workflow matters at network scale

Draft-first by default

New batches land as drafts unless you opt into instant publishing. Preview the full rendered article — text, images, links, meta — before anything touches a live site.

Edit before it ships

Fix a heading, cut a paragraph, swap a link — edits happen in the dashboard preview and publish with the article. No round trip through wp-admin.

Approve at your pace

Approve articles one at a time, or approve a reviewed batch and let the scheduler drip it out. Approval and timing are independent controls.

Per-batch trust levels

Run trusted evergreen topics on full auto while keeping YMYL or client-facing content in review mode. The workflow is chosen per batch, so one account serves both cautious and confident lanes.

Nothing publishes silently

Every article's status — draft, scheduled, published, failed — is visible in one Posts dashboard across all sites. Silence never means "hopefully it worked".

How it works

Draft review workflow in 5 steps

  1. Launch a batch with "draft" mode selected (the default for new accounts)
  2. Open each draft in the dashboard preview — rendered exactly as it will publish
  3. Edit anything that needs a human touch; changes save to the draft
  4. Approve — the article publishes immediately or joins the schedule queue
  5. Graduate trusted topics to auto-publish whenever you're ready
FAQ

Questions about draft review workflow

Can I review AI articles before they publish?
Yes — that's the default. Every generation lands as a draft you preview and edit in the dashboard. "Publish immediately" is opt-in per batch. Most operators review everything for the first few weeks, then switch trusted topics to auto-publish.
+
Where do drafts live — my site or your dashboard?
Drafts live in the MultiPub dashboard until approved, so your WordPress site isn't cluttered with pending posts. On approval the article is created on the site in its final state.
+
Can a team member review without full account access?
Review happens inside your MultiPub account today. Per-role review access is on the roadmap for agency workflows — if that's critical for your team, tell us via the contact page; it moves priorities.
+
Does draft mode cost extra credits?
No — a credit is spent at generation, and the article is yours whether you publish it, edit it first, or discard it. Review adds control, not cost.
