NETWORKS BULK LINK MANAGER

Change a link once. Update it across every site.

Affiliate programs close, partners rotate URLs, offers expire. On a network, that turns into hours of hunting through posts site by site. MultiPub Pro tracks every outbound URL in every post it publishes, centrally — change a link in one place and it propagates across the whole network in seconds.

What you get

Why bulk link manager matters at network scale

Central link inventory

Every outbound URL in every published post is tracked in one dashboard, per site and per network. You always know where a link lives — no more grepping databases or paging through wp-admin.

Bulk swap in seconds

Replace one URL with another across every post that contains it — all sites, one operation. The plugin applies changes through authenticated requests; no SFTP, no SQL, no find-and-replace plugins with regex foot-guns.

Built for affiliate rotation

When a partner changes tracking domains or you move a product to a new network, the swap that used to cost an evening now costs ten seconds. This is the feature affiliate operators tell us they came for.

Link profiles for new content

Define link profiles — which money links and internal targets a batch should use — and every generated article draws from the right inventory with varied anchors. Rotation starts at generation time, not cleanup time.

No lock-in on your content

Links are updated inside your WordPress posts — the change lives in your database, not behind a redirect service we control. Cancel anytime; your links keep working.

How it works

Bulk link manager in 5 steps

  1. Publish through MultiPub Pro — every outbound link is indexed automatically
  2. Open the Links dashboard to see the full inventory across sites and networks
  3. Pick a URL, enter its replacement, choose the scope (site, network, everywhere)
  4. The update propagates through the plugin to every affected post in seconds
  5. Verify from the same screen — each post reports back its updated status
FAQ

Questions about bulk link manager

Does bulk link update work on posts I published before MultiPub Pro?
The link inventory covers posts published through MultiPub Pro, where every link is tracked at publish time. For legacy posts, the plugin's bulk update command can process them too — matching is by exact URL, so run a test on one site before a network-wide swap.
+
Can I use this for cloaked or redirect-based affiliate links?
Yes — the manager replaces whatever URL string is in the post, whether that's a direct partner URL, your own /go/ redirect, or a shortener. If you use redirects, you may prefer updating the redirect target instead; the bulk manager covers the cases where the URL itself must change in-content.
+
Is there a limit on how many links or posts a swap can touch?
No artificial cap — a swap touches every post containing the URL within your chosen scope. Large operations are queued and reported per post, so a 5,000-post update is trackable, not a black box.
+
What happens if a site is offline during a bulk update?
Updates for that site are marked failed and can be retried once it's back. Other sites in the scope complete independently — one dead site never blocks the network.
